Cass|I pretty much liked this book, but I was a bit disappointed about the rivers they chose to paddle. I prefer more "tense action" with difficult rapids, etc. Mr. Callan is a good writer, however, and makes good use of river descriptions.| |I'm amazed at the level of detail... the maps are concise and [Callan] goes to great lengths to describe water conditions, portages and campsites.
