It has a lot of good advice for beginning runners. The best features, and what I use most, are the training schedules. Following the routines given, I've gained a lot of endurance and I'm running better than ever. Definitely recommend it|About the Author|Liz Yelling gave up her teaching job in 2001 to become a full-time athlete. Completing the Berlin marathon in a suberb 2:30:58 in 2003, she went on to compete in the Olympic marathon in Athens in 2004. An all-round runner, Liz competes in races
