This book has lot of good information about each resort, mountain stats, location, places to stay and eat not that they list all of them, but it gives you a good idea of whats there. The only thing I would take with|About the Author|The authors have been enjoying the wide open runs of the Rockies since early childhood. Alf Alderson is also a summer-time visitor and co-author of the Rough Guide to the US Rockies.

A guide for both skiers and snowboarders to the slopes and resorts of the US and Canada, covering over 100 destinations from world-class mountains to local gems. There is in-depth coverage of the ski areas, including piste reviews, suggestions for backcountry forays, details of boardparks and tips on avoiding crowds.
