The only problem with (every) Kelsey book is the way he lays out his info can be tough to tackle. You have to read through a giant paragraph and try to separate out the info in there pertinent to you an the route you would like to take. That being said it's truly a wealth of info and great photos! Ther|About the Author|Kelsey has a degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University, and from the University of Utah, he has a Master of Science degree in Geography. After college he began traveling, visiting over 223 countries.

This book includes the Blue John Canyon which is featured in the movie 127 Hours, the story about Aron Ralston and his experience.
